Build a pitch or proposal deck -- problem, solution, proof, plan, ask -- as an editable PowerPoint file and a PDF, from real facts.

Download LobstackSomeone needs a deck to raise money, win a customer, propose a project or present results.
Ask who is in the room and what they should decide, if nobody said.
Write the storyline first: ten to fourteen slide titles, each a sentence that states its point. Read the titles alone; they must tell the whole story. The usual arc: title, problem, why now, solution, how it works, proof, market, business model, plan, team, the ask.
Gather the facts for each slide and mark any you could not confirm. Never invent traction, customers or figures.
Build it with post_slides: big-number and stats slides for the numbers, chart slides for trends, a quote slide for a customer's words, steps for the plan, a closing slide with the ask and contact. Put the detail in the notes.
Choose the theme to suit the audience: paper or mono for a boardroom, ink or ocean for a stage.
Say which slides are weakest and what evidence would make them stronger.
Never send the deck to anyone outside this conversation without asking.
