An AI team that works together, and asks before it acts.
Ask the team in plain words and the right agent answers. A bigger job is split across the team and comes back as one answer.
Four teams, each with its agents, a lead and its own notes.

You ask once. The team works it out and brings back one answer.
01
Ask the team
Write to the team without naming anyone. The agent whose job fits answers, and Switch hands it to another.
02
The lead splits it
When a job needs more than one agent, the lead splits it up and they work at the same time.
03
One answer
You get one reply, with each agent’s part folded underneath it to open when you want.
04
You approve
Agents check with each other before they ask you. Anything that sends, pays or publishes waits for your yes.
Asked often,
answered plainly.
No. Write to the team and the agent whose job fits answers. Name one when you want that one, or press Switch to hand the question to another.
Yes. Choose Start a team, then Or put your own team together, and pick its agents. A team from a template is an ordinary team too: rename it, add or remove agents, or edit its notes.
Things every agent on the team reads on every turn, like “Ask before sending anything to a customer.” Each template starts with a few that are true for any business, and you edit them on the team’s home.
On weekdays at 9:00 the lead posts what got done, what is stuck and what is next. It only reads, and nothing is posted on a quiet day. Teams from these templates start with it on; turn it off on the team’s home.
Reading runs straight through. Anything that sends, pays, publishes or changes something stops for your yes, and money and public posts ask on every setting, even Never ask.
