When to use it

Someone needs one page that explains a product, a company, an offer or an event: to send ahead of a meeting, hand out, or attach to an email.

What your bot will do

  1. 01

Name the reader and the one thing they should do after reading. Write that action first; everything on the page leads to it.

  2. 02

Write the copy before any layout: a headline that states the benefit, a two-line summary, three proof points with a number each where you have one, and the call to action with a real contact or link.

  3. 03

Use only facts you were given or found. Mark anything unconfirmed and ask.

  4. 04

Build it with post_design at size a4 or letter: headline large at the top, the proof points in a grid-3 of cards or kpis, a quiet footer with contact details. Use the brand's colours if you know them.

  5. 05

Leave a third of the page empty. A crowded one-pager is not read.

  6. 06

Check the PDF would print cleanly: nothing closer than the page margin.

Posting it here is fine. Never send it to anyone outside this conversation without asking.
